Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will notify you.

How long does shipping take?

Our standard shipping typically takes 2-5 weeks (14-35 business days), excluding our 5-7 days processing time, and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package. However, the duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays, it can sometimes take up to 3 months (max). It depends what you purchased/where you live. Factors such as delayed logistics, customs clearance, and operation of your local post office may have an impact on delivery time.
Will this item get to me before _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift or need it for an upcoming event, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. How do I track an order? Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”. What does it mean?
No need to panic! Chances are the courier is still updating their database. For some courier companies, it takes 5-10 business days for the tracking information to be updated on their system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my order(s) be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons and inventory management, item(s) in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
How do you ship packages?
Our products are shipped directly by our suppliers from their factories/warehouses in discreet packages. We operate with several suppliers from Hongkong and China, so your products may be delivered separately. A tracking number is provided once the product has been shipped so that the customer may know their order’s status.
My tracking shows the parcel was “delivered”, but I haven’t received it, what will I do?
You should contact your local shipping company or post office (i.e. USPS) to check the status of the parcel as the delivery of it is beyond our control. You are also suggested to check with your family members or neighbors if they received the package on your behalf. Our shop is not liable for any lost or stolen packages that have already been successfully delivered as shown in the tracking system.
