Scottish schools required to have separate toilets based on “sex recorded at birth”
Scottish schools are now required to enforce toilet polices on the “basis of biological sex.” Back in April, the UK Supreme Court dealt a devastating blow to trans rights when it ruled that the legal definition of a woman is based on biological sex.
