Almost no one who undergoes top surgery regrets it, study finds

Patients who received top surgery in the last 25 years had an overwhelmingly high satisfaction rate, and almost no recipients regretted it, according to a new study. The study, conducted by JAMA Surgery, assessed the rates of regret and satisfaction after two or more years among patients who underwent gender-affirming mastectomies, more commonly known as top surgery.
