Texas judge orders censored LGBTQ+ books to be returned to public libraries

A Texas federal judge has ordered public libraries in Llano County to return an array of previously banned LGBTQ+ books.  Back in April 2022, seven residents filed a lawsuit against county officials after they forced libraries to either remove or restrict various books with queer and racial themes. Federal judge temporarily blocks Tennessee’s archaic anti-drag ban

In a massive win for LGBTQ+ rights, a federal judge has temporarily stopped Tennessee’s anti-drag ban.  On 2 March, Republican governor Bill Lee signed Senate Bill 3 into law, making Tennessee the first state in the US to ban public drag shows. A New York City judge has allegedly been fired for having an OnlyFans account. On 21 March, the NYC Financial Department relieved administrative judge Gregory A.
