How do you ship packages?
Our products are shipped directly by our suppliers from their factories/warehouses in discreet packages. We operate with several suppliers, so your products may be delivered separately. A tracking number is provided once the product has been shipped so that the customer may know their order’s status.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will notify you.

Is there a shipping fee?
None. We are happy to offer free international shipping on any order, regardless of the amount.

What about customs?
Please be guided that we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. Please check the customs regulations in your country accordingly.

How do I track an order? Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, we do! Once your order(s) have been dispatched and picked up by our courier partner, you will receive an email that contains your tracking number. You can check the status of the package by visiting this page. If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 business days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”. What does it mean?
No need to panic! Chances are the courier is still updating their database. For some courier companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on their system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my order(s) be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons and inventory management, item(s) in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Will this item get to me before _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Order cancellation

Your order(s) can only be cancelled if “order processing” has not started yet. When we’ve already sent an email indicating that your “order is being processed”, it means that we are already in the midst of preparing for its shipment and order cancellation is no longer possible. After shipping out your parcel, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (90 days not including 5-7 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received a defective or wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.

Refunds will not be issued if:

-Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong or incomplete shipping address)
-Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of queerks.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, lost/stolen parcels).
-Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of queerks.com
-Due to hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, innerwear, swimwear, intimate apparel, breastplates, and breastforms are not returnable.

*Note: You can submit a dispute or refund requests within 10 days after the order is delivered. Unfortunately, any dispute filed after this period can no longer be processed. Make sure you check the package as soon as you received it.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
