Shipping and Delivery

QUEERKS™ is proud to offer FREE worldwide shipping services that operate in over 200 countries all over the world. It is our goal to provide our clients with great value LGBTQ+ merchandise and professional customer service. We strive our best to exceed the expectations of all our valued customers.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will notify you.

Is there a shipping fee?
None. We are happy to offer free international shipping on any order, regardless of the amount.

What about customs?
Please be guided that we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. Please check the customs regulations in your country accordingly.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. Our standard shipping typically takes 3-7 weeks (21-49 business days), excluding our 5-7 days processing time, and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package. However, the duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays, it can sometimes take up to 3 months (max). It depends what you purchased/where you live.

NOTICE: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, order processing and shipping time may take longer than usual. Factors such as delayed logistics, customs clearing, and operation of your local post office may have an impact on delivery time. Will this item get to me before _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift or need it for an upcoming event, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

How do I track an order? Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, we do! Once your order(s) have been dispatched and picked up by our courier partner, you will receive an email that contains your tracking number. You can check the status of the package by visiting this page. If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 business days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”. What does it mean?
No need to panic! Chances are the courier is still updating their database. For some courier companies, it takes 5-10 business days for the tracking information to be updated on their system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my order(s) be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons and inventory management, item(s) in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

How do you ship packages?
Our products are shipped directly by our suppliers from their factories/warehouses in discreet packages. We operate with several suppliers from Hongkong and China, so your products may be delivered separately. A tracking number is provided once the product has been shipped so that the customer may know their order’s status.

My tracking shows the parcel was “delivered”, but I haven’t received it, what will I do?
You should contact your local shipping company or post office (i.e. USPS) to check the status of the parcel as the delivery of it is beyond our control. You are also suggested to check with your family members or neighbors if they received the package on your behalf. Our shop is not liable for any lost or stolen packages that have already been successfully delivered as shown in the tracking system.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Order cancellation

Your order(s) can only be cancelled if “order processing” has not started yet. When we’ve already sent an email indicating that your “order is being processed”, it means that we are already in the midst of preparing for its shipment and order cancellation is no longer possible. After shipping out your parcel, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number.

Refund

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one with the following conditions:

If you do not receive the product within the guaranteed time (90 business days, not including our 5-7 day processing time) after dispatch, you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received a defective or wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.

Refunds will not be issued if:

• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong or incomplete shipping address)
• Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of queerks.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, lost/stolen parcels).
• Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of queerks.com
• Due to hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, innerwear, swimwear, intimate apparel, breastplates, and breastforms are not returnable.
• Made-to-order items such as gowns, costumes, bodysuits, masks, headpieces and other custom items are not refundable or returnable unless they are damaged or defective. Kindly check details in the product listing.
• No change of mind. Buyer cannot apply for the return and refund of the item due to a change of mind.
• Similarly, we do not refund or replace wrong size orders as this is the customer’s responsibility to assure that the item they are ordering fits them based on the size chart provided. Since we operate with various suppliers and manufacturers, our sizes vary depending on products. Please check the size chart indicated in the product listing and compare it with your own body measurements prior to buying. Do not purchase an item according to your habits.

*Note: You can submit a dispute or refund requests within 10 days after the order is delivered. Unfortunately, any dispute filed after this period can no longer be processed. Make sure you check the package as soon as you received it. When filing a dispute, send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) and its original packaging. We will then inspect and verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
