If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift or need it for an upcoming event, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. My tracking says “no information available at the moment”. What does it mean?
No need to panic! Chances are the courier is still updating their database. For some courier companies, it takes 5-10 business days for the tracking information to be updated on their system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my order(s) be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons and inventory management, item(s) in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
How do you ship packages?
Our products are shipped directly by our suppliers from their factories/warehouses in discreet packages. We operate with several suppliers from Hongkong and China, so your products may be delivered separately. A tracking number is provided once the product has been shipped so that the customer may know their order’s status.
My tracking shows the parcel was “delivered”, but I haven’t received it, what will I do?
You should contact your local shipping company or post office (i.e. USPS) to check the status of the parcel as the delivery of it is beyond our control. You are also suggested to check with your family members or neighbors if they received the package on your behalf. Our shop is not liable for any lost or stolen packages that have already been successfully delivered as shown in the tracking system.

This wig is fun. I ordered the one that looks kinda Coral on the pic but it came as a true ginger carrot orange. I was worried at first but I do like it! I was expecting it to be more pinky orange under toned from photo. I had to cut the bangs a good bit because it comes with “scene” style anime bangs that go into your eyes especially if you have a smaller forehead like I do. Came with a black net wig cap— I suggest getting a nude one. I dry shampoo this wig before wearing to kill extra shine.
